Forgot Your Password
If you have forgotten your TotalAccess password:
- Click the Forgot Password link on the Login page. You will be prompted to enter your User ID and Client ID.
- Click Continue.
You will be prompted to answer the three security questions that you set up when you initially registered for TotalAccess.
- Click Submit. After your responses are verified, a temporary password is sent to your email address.
- On the Login page, enter:
- User ID,
- Temporary password, and
- Client ID.
- Click Login.
TotalAccess prompts you to change your password.
- Enter the following information:
- Old Password,
- New Password, and
- Confirm New Password.
Note: Your new password must be between 8 and 20 characters in length, contain at least one numeric value, at least one upper case character, and at least one lower case value.
- Click Submit. A confirmation message is issued verifying that your password has been changed.
