Registration

To register for TotalAccess if you do not have an existing ADP user account:

1. On the Login screen, click Register Now.

2. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions to continue.

Note: If you do not read the complete Terms and Conditions of Use and click the Submit button, an error message is issued.

3. Enter the following details:

Field Description
First Name Limited to 24 characters.
Last Name Limited to 48 characters.
Email Limited to 100 characters.
Verify Email Reenter your email address.
Birthday Enter information in a mm/dd/yyyy format. Limited to 10 characters.
Hire Date Enter the date you were hired by your current employer in a mm/dd/yyyy format. Limited to 10 characters. If uncertain, check with your practitioner.
Employee ID

Enter the number that was assigned to your company by ADP Canada. The Employee ID (PayTech) is alphanumeric and between one and nine characters long.

Client # An alphanumeric identification number that identifies the client. The Client ID is usually 6 characters in length. If uncertain, check with your practitioner.
Company Code Enter the company code of your current employer. The company code is 4 characters in length. If uncertain, check with your practitioner.
First Question Click on the arrow of the dropdown list and select a question. In the event that you forget or lose your password, you will be prompted to answer this question. This is a mandatory field.
First Response Enter the answer to the First Question. This is a mandatory field.
Second Question Click on the arrow of the dropdown list and select a question. In the event that you forget or lose your password, you will be prompted to answer this question. This is a mandatory field.
Second Response Enter the answer to the Second Question. This is a mandatory field.
Third Question Click on the arrow of the dropdown list and select a question. In the event that you forget or lose your password, you will be prompted to answer this question. This is a mandatory field.
Third Response Enter the answer to the Third Question. This is a mandatory field.
Password

Your password must contain:

  • Between 8 – 20 characters,
  • One numeric value,
  • One upper case character, and
  • One lower case character.
Confirm Password Reenter your password.

Note: To cancel the registration process, click Cancel.

4. Click Submit. A confirmation message is issued verifying that you have been successfully registered for TotalAccess.

Note: Be sure to keep a record of the password that you provided, as you will receive an email containing instructions about how to login to TotalAccess and your User ID.

To register for TotalAccess if you already have an ADP user account:

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.

2. Select Register with my existing ADP user account.

3. Enter the following details:

4. Click Login. Your updated registration information is displayed. Some of the fields are already completed for you, but can still be edited (with the exception of Client #).

5. Enter Company Code, Employee ID, Hire Date and Birth Date.

6. Click Submit. A confirmation message is issued verifying that you have been successfully registered for TotalAccess.
